Amen

Cherry Glen Hot Rod Amen AT1298382  (2-03) 89 VEE  Sire: Little*Creek LCAA Hot Rod   Dam: SGCH Cherry Glen Tristin Ayla (2005 & 2006 National Champion, 3x National Show Best Udder)  Ayla's 2007 linear score was 94 EEEE!  The first doe to acheive this score!  We are excited to add Amen to our buck lineup.  To add to his impressive pedigree his  maternal grand dam, Krystal Kreek Wrevenge Amelia was the 2007 National Champion.   We feel that he will increase width throughout while maintaining the length and levelness that so many of our does have.  Amen already has 2 SG daughters, both of  which are listed as Elite Does on the ADGA elite doe list for 2007.  We lost Amen in late August of 2006, but were able to get him collected.   Semen is available for $30 per straw

White-Hawk Ranger’s Jack Pine *B  T1299217 (2-03) 90 VEE   ETA’s  57  88  Sire: Rowe’s Maestro Ranger    Dam: GCH White-Hawk DJ’s Jessika  We reserved Jack after seeing his mother at the 2003 Nationals.  His sire Ranger was the 2000 Toggenburg spotlight buck, Maestro was the 1999 Nationals Premier sire and Ranger’s mother Rosebud has been 3x Top Ten.  Jessika was 2002 Top Ten (#6) for Butterfat and has placed 4th in class at the 2003 & 2004 Nationals and was 3rd place aged doe at the 2005 Nationals.  His full sister Jasmine was the 2002 Spotlight sale doe and was 2003 Top Ten and is in the 99th percentile on the Elite Doe list.  Jack’s Jr. Get was 4th place at 2006 Nationals and he was named 2006 All American 2 year old buck.  We are now seeing his daughters udders and they are very nice with a large area of attachment and wide rear udders.  The arches are very nicely rounded.  Jack has been sold to Trans Ova Genetics, semen available for $20 per straw from us.

2005 Ponderosa Sr. Get

Midwest-Meadows Ponderosa +*B  T1215650P (5-02) 84 +VV

Sire: Midwest-Meadows OL Starfire   Dam: Midwest-Meadows Madonna Lily *6M

Ponderosa has improved our udder attachments, fore-udder extensions and the stature of our does.  He is also polled which has been an added benefit.  His Sr. Get was 1st place at the 2005 District 5 Togg Specialty and at the 2005 Nebraska State Fair.  In 2006 his 2 year old first freshening daughter Orchid of Truth was 3rd place 2 year old at Nationals, Reserve Champion at the Iowa State Fair and Best Sr. Doe in Show at the South Dakota State Fair in ring A over 123 Sr. Does.  Semen is available for $20 per straw.

Bunane

Neshaminy Acres PRLR Bunane T1356308 - Sire: Neshaminy Acres KD Prowler  Dam: Neshaminy Acres Salute Bella 4*M - We waited 2 years for Bunane and we are not disappointed.  We own him in partnership with the Plummer family.  We have admired the Neshaminy herd for their dairyness and depth of body and Bunane is strong in both traits. His dam scored (4-03) 91 EEEE.  His daughters were the second place Jr. Get of Sire at the 2007 Nationals.  They are very sharp at the withers and very angular throughout.

Cache' dam California Landmark Cachet

New for 2007/2008:
California Franchise Cache *B - AT1338826  sire: Rowe's Raven Franchise *B  dam: California Landmark Cachet 4*M  When we heard from Joan Rowe that this buckling might be available from the UC-Davis herd, we quickly checked the pedigree and called Jan Carlson the herd manager.  We were impressed him with when we got him home, then even more impressed as the year goes on.  His dam Cachet was 3rd place 4 year old with 3rd udder at the Gillette National Show.  She LA scored (4-04) 92 EEEE and is pending her GCH at her last show where she was BDIS in one of the rings of tough west coast competition.  She is also on ADGA Top 10 list for her 2006 lactation; #9 Milk, #2 Butterfat, #7 Protein.  Cache continues our buck lineup that as been selected for performance in the show ring and in the milk pail.

Schmidt/ECF LCS Snow Storm *B  AT1405407  sire: GCH Little*Creek LCWT Snowbuck +B  dam: GCH Schmidt/ECF Salvia 2*M  Snowbuck has worked well in our herd and Salvia surprised us this year returning to the show string after surviving a difficult mastitus in 2005.  We believe Storm combines all of the positives in our breeding program to this point: strong General Appearance, level topline with correct feet and legs, deep and wide throughout.  We look forward to his kids.

A.I. Sires to be used in 2007/2008:

B&R B/C Hercules  T1153878  When we first began in Toggs we were awed by this sires dam B&R B/C Christi Alley.  We have used him on limited does and are very impressed with our first freshener Meg.

Lassenwood Goran Reposado  T1283254  Reposado's dam is the '03 National Champ Tequila.  We have used her full brother Tecumseh with great success as shown in our 3 year GCH Floral Lace.  We purchased this semen at the '06 convention in hopes that the strengths of Tequila continue to influence our herd.

Sun-Kissed Razz'e Rajah  AT0796490  We have only used this semen one time and it produced Voo Doo Rose who was the 2007 D5 RGCH Sr. Togg.  We unfortunately lost her this summer and Callie has wisely asked us to repeat the breeding.

Eder's Improver Codon  T1176574  Codon sired the '06 Reserve National Champion Neshaminy Acres CD Aloha.  We are looking to him to maintain that overall correctness and excellent mammary while giving strength throughout to the does we breed him to.

Rowe's Falcon Major AT1227823 dam is GCH Canyon View Chance Mary II  FS 6-03 92EEE.  We have only ever gotten bucklings from this guy but every one has been impressive, we are planning on using him on more does this year so we can hopefully get a doeling.
